Coaching

Think of it as your personal trainer for success. Coaches don't do the work for you, instead they accelerate your progression through strength-gaining exercises and focused activities. Whether it is professional or business development, coaches keep you focused on your goals.

Workforce Diversity

Diversity usually refers to groups of people underrepresented in the workforce, but it can also refer to the way jobs are defined. The more flexible an organization is with the business of task management, the more opportunities the organization has to bring in a variety of employees. Flexible companies are resilient companies and more able to respond to changing trends.

Disability Focused Business Development

Entrepreneurs who experience disabilities, as well as individuals and organizations developing social enterprises expressly to create workforce development opportunities, have considerations beyond that of regular entrepreneurs. One of the most important considerations has to do with the financial implications of owning a business while receiving disability benefits. Social Security work incentives can protect benefits, but they have to be included as an integral part of the business planning process. Other considerations include: assistance with brainstorming self-employment ideas; a need for additional training for both the entrepreneur and their support network; and strategic planning for social enterprises, to name just a few.

Truuli Group brings to the table a unique blend of business savvy within a disability services framework. We understand the need to adapt to individual learning styles, identify strengths, and determine areas where support is needed. We are also familiar with resources that are available specifically for this population. Visit our Facebook page to read stories about successful ventures all over the world.
